    Track Your Order

    Before contacting support, please start by tracking your order. Many issues can be resolved simply by checking the latest scan from the carrier. Use the tracking tool below to look up your order status using your email address or tracking number. Enter the email you used with your order, or click the tracking button in your processing order email from [email protected].

    Handling and Delivery Times

    Because most items are made to order, your package may not ship the same day you place it. Here’s what to expect:

    Order Handling & Production

    • Handling time: typically 3–5 business days
    • During peak seasons, large sales, or holidays, handling times may be on the higher end of this range.

    Shipping and Delivery

    • Estimated delivery time after shipment: usually 7–14 days, depending on the carrier and your location.
    • Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take a bit longer due to carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders).

    Important: Your tracking link may take up to 24–72 hours to update after the label is created. If you see “label created” or no movement right away, that is normal during the early processing stage. You will receive an email when your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

    Before Contacting Support

    If your order seems delayed, please double-check the following:

    • Confirm that it has been at least 3–5 business days since you placed your order (handling time).
    • Confirm that it has been less than 14 days since your order shipped.
    • Check your tracking page for:
      • In transit scans or customs updates
      • Delivery attempt notices
      • Delivered status with a time and location
    • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email.

    If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package:

    • Check around your property, porch, side doors, and mailbox.
    • Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.
    • Wait 24 hours – sometimes carriers mark a package delivered before it actually arrives.
